When I tell people that I have lost 80 pounds three times they often look at me in disbelief. While I don't like taking photos of myself (especially after I gain weight) I thought it would be good to show some pictures of myself when I am thin and obese. I wish I would have taken weekly pictures of myself when losing weight but to be honest I could never get into the habit of doing it.
